How long does delivery take?

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within South Africa usually takes between 8-11 business days depending on your location. More remote areas may take a day or two longer. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the item and your order number and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, contact us first and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are for the customer's account unless the item is faulty.

Are your products good quality or is this just cheap imported stuff?

Fair question. We source products that we'd use ourselves, and we're upfront about what you're getting. Some items are imported, but we vet them for durability before listing them. If a product doesn't meet expectations, we want to know — your feedback helps us keep the range honest.
